As a Product Owner at Foosle I was responsible for delivering incremental value based on the product roadmap, the product vision as well use feedback from both end users and senior stakeholders in the business. I also serve as the hub of expertise in how users navigate and utilise all online features, including mobile and standard web platforms.

As Product Account Director I was responsible for all BaseKit's existing global partners. My objectives were to help our partners become successful through maximising their revenue generation and ARPU, optimising their opportunities to sell and up-sell and retain customers with differentiated offers, customer service and optimising customer purchase flows.
As a Product Owner at TMDR my role consisted of:

• Being responsible for applying product positioning for assigned vertical brands, horizontal brands and inventory products across the TMDR business

• Managing the product proposition and roadmap at both a portfolio and brand level and ensure this is accurately and effectively communicated internally and externally

• Ensuring that key clients’ needs are properly identified, scoped and accounted for and evangelise to those clients on new product development

• Ensuring that candidate needs are properly identified, scoped and accounted for on new product development

• Conducting product awareness training for sales teams, both as refreshers and during launch/rollout of new products

• Supporting the directors in driving the strategic and process activity of the TMDR business

• Working with product development to generate new product/new market ideas, develop business cases, and analytically process ideas originating from across the TMDR business

• Evaluating opportunities for development based on client and candidate requirements and competitor activity

• Recognising new market opportunities for the product and maximize usage and revenues by defining, executing and analysing customer (voice of sales) and market research

• Identifying target customer segments and develop compelling value propositions to meet the needs of each segment, working with Marketing

• Planning the launch of new features work with product development to manage the timely launch of new products & product features to the business through personal actions and driving the activity of virtual teams

• Identifying and validate market trends that are creating new market opportunities

• In conjunction with the Head of Product and the Directors, design strategies to capitalise on these opportunities

• Sizing initial opportunities and write proposals on new features, market opportunities and client requests for submission to the Programme Board
     As Product Owner I was responsible for:
  • End-to-end responsibility for the coordination of marketing and ongoing development of 123-reg products.
  • Measuring and analysing KPIs and driving the success of products, and the writing and dissemination of reports to the key stakeholders across the business.
  • Writing product specifications through the determination of customer and business requirements.
  • Providing input for marketing campaigns to increase sales, customer awareness and engagement.
  • Providing ideas for new products and for the further development of existing products to extend market reach.
  • Working as a product owner ensuring continuity of optimum product performance both in financial and operational aspects.

Hobbies and interests


Ju-Jitsu

In 2016 I started training in traditional Japanese Ju-Jitsu. The art has really grown on me to the point where I'm now also training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ).

Ju-Juitsu teaches patience, humility and resilience. It's a great activity and I would most encourage any one to try it it.

I have also started a Ju-Jitsu community on meetup.com. The primary aim to create a community for fans of Ju-Jitsu, students practicing Ju-Jitsu and anyone who is interested in learning more about Ju-Jitsu.

I'm all about creating a vibrant Ju-Jitsu community. The community consists of monthly open mat sessions for people of all skills levels to join in and have fun. The aim is to also have social gatherings with fans of the sport. www.meetup.com/this-is-ju-jitsu
